Welcome to my space, inside you will find comfy chairs and a cup of tea…
In it’s simplest form a tarot reading is you asking questions about things you need to know or get movement on and then pulling cards. I am here to help you interpret what the stories in the cards are trying to tell you or remind you.
I like to think that tarot reconnect us with our hidden secrets that need to be uncovered, beliefs we need to change, hidden superpowers we forgot we possessed and escape route we can’t see because they are hidden behind secret passages called reality and everyday life crap.
Tarot makes you the master spy of your life. Searching for clues, solving mysteries and making connections.
I prefer doing 60 minute tarot reading so that we may dive deep into your questions and emerge with clear, concrete steps. This allows you to get a jump start on evolving your life towards one of more bliss.
I believe in using clear everyday language so that you can understand your tarot reading and from this understanding make better decisions, allowing you to decrease your stress and anxiety.
There will often be references to tv shows, movies and books as I draw from universal archetypes and relate them to modern day icons and situations.
I believe a tarot reading is a great investment on an annual to bi-annual basis. This provides a great check-in to keep you on track for the life you desire. You take your car in for an oil change every 3000 miles, why not allow yourself a tune-up as well.
I am scared of the tarot…
That is a very valid feeling. I’m kind of scared of it too… it just knows things and WHOA!
Here is my take on the power and usefulness of tarot and how to make it not so scary.
In reality tarot is just a set of cards. In practicality tarot is a series of stories, some decks take that further and actually tell a myth with each suite of cards.
I use tarot as a source of connection to soul. In my experience there are two things that trigger our soul towards action: story and image. Tarot contains both.
So tarot is just an un-organized fairy tale. You are the author and your question is an outline and we use the cards to get information and set intentions to make our story more fun and easy. (see the FAQ page for other questions on tarot)
I use tarot specifically to tune into Spirit to get you the best possible reading, therefore meanings of card will vary and change due to what is around it and what I am getting from higher source.
Can you not tell me the bad stuff?
I believe the aim of any reading is to create a person informed about possibility and able to utilize all forms of resources to make wise decisions.
In that regard I will not avoid any “bad” stuff that shows up in your reading. I will however help you find clear, easy tools you can use to combat or avoid the yuck.
I have to warn you that I am a bit odd, and if the Death card appears in your reading, you may find me doing a little dance. This is because, I see the Death card as a transition from a place of struggle to one of opportunity, an ending of hard and a new beginning.
What am I going to get from this?
Some of the benefits clients have reported are sense of ease, clarity, confidence, clear direction.
Also confusion, facing past situations with new insight and confidence, and frustration.
What is most amazing for me as a reader, is seeing the tensions release from a persons posture. Even when they have to face up to the skeletons in the closet.
Watching the faces of clients, especially their eyes, when that moment of connection happens an all of a sudden they know. It like everything is clear and true and they have reconnected to the strongest pieces of themselves and invited them back in.
It’s the tears that leak silently from their eyes as the past is confronted and shed and watching them walk out the door with hope and confidence and so much love for self.
Tarot re-introduces you to your vulnerable, soulful state where everything is possible and solutions are probable.
A reading with a good reader, well it cracks you open and heals you.

Want to hear my tarot story?
Tarot found me when I was 12 years old. I took one of my first allowance collections to the Barnes and Noble and bought myself a deck of Greek Mythology Cards. I had no idea what tarot was, but I was totally bewitched and fascinated by greek mythology. Little did I know what was to be sparked with that purchase.
Since my first exposure to tarot was through story I tend to retain that in my readings. I’ve done the classes, read the books, taught others and done intensive studies with cards learning their meaning inside and out. Again and again, I fall back to the story when explaining cards.
Also you will notice that the same card does not necessarily mean the same thing in various readings. Watch me read cards at a party and for each person that pulls a card that has come up before, most likely new words will come out of my mouth.
The cards for me are a catalyst, they don’t hold the truth, you hold the truth and your truth is ‘randomly’ pulling cards to try and communicate with you.
So I grew up.
I read tarot for myself and friends throughout high school and pretty much retired my decks in college. After school I found the cards again and started asking questions.
This lead to me taking classes in tarot and healing, which lead to shamanic training and 9 month intensive, which lead to me reading at the Women of Wisdom Conference and low and behold I could no longer resist the call.
I’ve been a double agent healer for many years now, doing massage, reflexology and other bodywork modalities along side energetic healing of people and spaces, tarot work and faery translation.
I play in person, at parties and gatherings, via email and sometimes skype but you have to be prepared to have multiple hang-ups as when I get going I tend to break technology.
I love questions, I own 9 decks of tarot cards, I hate the word ‘psychic’ and I want to reintroduce you to the magic that is your life.
Here is a fun little video on three of the key ingredients to reading tarot, enjoy!
Don’t mind me, I was nervous in front of the camera
