This has been an amazing growing up and learning about good customer service thing, so in some ways I am glad for the frustration…

Thanks for the point towards Naomi and Seth! I love both of those guys and Havi! dear Havi and Selma. This is part of what drives me crazy about my investment in OneCoach…now I am struggling and can’t do everything Havi offers which is where I would LOVE to be!!!!

Ack, that is no way to treat clients! This company is definitely not earning any kind of points. It takes so much energy to deal with this kind of situation. Sending you all kinds of positive vibes to help you deal with the situation, for what it’s worth.

Also: do you know about people like Naomi Dunford (IttyBiz) and Seth Godin? They have blogs with tons of free information and thoughts on running a (small) business – besides offering paid help. I’m assuming you also know about Havi Brooks’ blog (Fluentself.com), since I think I found your blog through the comments on one of her blogs. Maybe they can help you grow your business and find the people that need your services.
